At Yoga with Les my goal is to offer you a range of yoga classes for women in menopause. 

Rise Strong: Menopause Yoga blends energising vinyasa flow, functional strength‑building movement, and grounding breathwork to support your body and mind through the transitions of menopause.

This dynamic practice is designed to help you build stability, increase mobility, and reconnect with your natural resilience.

You’ll move through fluid, empowering sequences that cultivate strength and ease in equal measure, before settling into restorative stillness in savasana—a moment to release, integrate, and return to yourself.

Rise Strong invites you stand tall, move with confidence, and embrace the powerful transformation unfolding within you.​

Rise Strong classes are available in The Haven Studio in Bangor on Sunday mornings

or online on Monday evenings.​​​

What is Rise Strong Yoga?
Rise Strong is a dynamic class that blends traditional yoga poses with strength training and cardio exercises. It’s designed to build endurance, increase muscle tone, and boost metabolism—all while maintaining the mindfulness and breathwork of yoga.

Incorporates vinyasa-style flows and classic poses like Warrior II, Downward Dog, and Chair Pose.

Mindfulness: Ends with a cool-down and short meditation or savasana to centre the mind.

Strength Training

Optional light hand weights /  resistance bands and  bodyweight exercises.
